Unique features about Unique Org RSS:

• RSS started in 1925 
• RSS never split  or separated into two irrespective of so many obstacles. 
• The name RSS was a collective decision. 
• मनभेद  नहीं  मतभेद  ( मनान्तर  नहीं मतान्तर ) as if it is one family and destined to be one. Organisation is built in love and trusts. No documentations, It runs on personal contact and family atmosphere. 
• RSS shakha are there in 856 districts. 
• RSS is a विसिष्ट  और  विचित्र  Unique organisation. It does not have membership (It has cultureship), fee, big and lot of offices etc. 
• We invite people from different ideology to our event. Communist speaker in Gurupuja utsav. 
• This is only Organization where people deny to take responsibility. They are not behind any post or position. 
• In RSS there is no post or position, those all are responsibility. 
• When a reporter asked Guruji, Who is the next Sarsanghachalak?", Guruji asked him, "Why not you?"
• No clapping in Sangha
• No donation only Arpan in the form of Gurudakshina 
• We should be Lakshmi pati not Lakshmi dasa. 
• RSS is an organization where the Supreme is Society. Nobody says "RSS ki jai" , everybody says "Bharath Mata Ki Jai!!"
• जहाँ अपेक्षित , वहां उपस्थित 
• सूचना के वाद सोचना नहीं 
• Shakha: Simple gathering of 1 hour without any equipment, makes wonders, creates great personalities. It teaches ब्यक्तित्व , कर्तुत्व  और नेतृत्व to swayamsevak. 
•  RSS has built 40 different National Organisations.
• भगवा ध्वजा is the guru as RSS believes ब्यक्ति  सास्वत नहीं होता , परिपूर्ण भी नहीं होता।  
• Saffron represents our ideology, our sacrifice, our culture, our tradition, there purity, their eternity.
• Nobody can destroy the Organisation but it's SS can. 
• shakha is ईश्वरीय कार्य , देवदुर्लभ कार्य , राष्ट्रीय कार्य 
• 1962 Swayamsevaks were given option to work for China war. 1963 Neheru invited RSS to take part in the republic day parade. 
• Indira Gandhi gave the example of RSS in Russia about it's patriotic and selfless work.  
• 96 times Guruji travelled through out India from Karshmir to Kanyakumari. He was traveling in such as way that as it the Train coach was his address. 
• Rajiv Gandhi formed Bharath Rastriya Seva Dal to mimic RSS. They had volunteer as well. But the idea of SS are different then Volunteer.  People used to say "ना  माँ का डर , ना बाप का डर , बेटा चला बनने वोलन्टीर " 
• Some people should give full time , more people should give more time and everybody should give sometime. RSS runs in this way. 
• 7000 Pracharaks are there now. 
• Many people are retiring from their work to work for RSS. 
• Sangha leads by example. - First Explore, then experience and then only express. 
• SS has commitments, consistency , Cooperation, Coordination, Clarity  
• SS does not have Competition, Conflicts, Conditions.
• Karyakartha works in the 5E principles "ENVISION:  Create the future; ENGAGE:  Build relationships & Collaboration; ENERGIZE:  Inspire others; ENABLE:  Build capability; EXECUTE:  Deliver outstanding results"
• This is not an issue based Organisation. India Against Corruption - RSS supported. Rally for Rivers - RSS supported. 
• RSS is known for देवदुर्लभ कार्य , अनुशासन (self discipline) , no authoritarian , no totalitarian , no punishment, no reward, no fear.
• शासन   is outside imposed discipline ; अनुशासन  discipline within. RSS runs with अनुशासन  . There is no written rule. All the things work perfectly as there us some unwritten rule. 
• Nature is the biggest example of following an unwritten rule, Sun comes at perfect time, Earth rotates in same directions same speed and so is the moon. 
• अनुशासन  - a. Outward such as Physical (samata, sanchalana, yoga)   b.  Inwards - मानसिक स्वप्रेरित , ध्येयनिष्ठा  साधना,  निरन्तर साधना 
• अनुशासन - ब्ययक्तिक  और  सामूहिक (Individual or group)
• अनुशासन - ब्ययक्तिक: Major factor is self introspection. साधना  और तपस्या is required. 
• Duryodhana says "जानामि धर्म न च मे प्रवृत्तिः ,  जनामि    अधर्मम   न च मे निवृत्तिः। |        त्वया हृषिकेश  हृदि स्थितेन,  यथा नियुक्तः   अस्मि तथा करोमि।।  (प्रपन्ना गीता )
• I know what is dharma (=righteousness), yet I cannot get myself to follow it! I know what is adharma, yet I cannot retire from it! O Lord of the senses! You dwelt in my heart and I will do as you impel me to do.
• Doctor ji was क्रोध स्वाभाव but he introspect and did sadhana. 
• अनुशासन -  सामूहिक
• Learning from 1857 from the Great Mangal Pande. Self discipline is not enough. We need to learn controling personal emotion. 
• Guruji was doing a sandhya vandana but for a group activities he postponed the vandana 
• During Droupadi vastraharan, Yudhisthira stopped and asked Bheema to show the strength at the right time. 
• Yudhisthir had to told असत्य  for group benefit. 
• Christian and Muslim do collective prayer. 
• Sculptors although skilled if not united cannot make an artwork
• The priority changes based on ब्यष्टि और समष्टि : 
• Ego comes with individual priorities and vice versa. 
• Army March never happens in a bridge - Power of collective effort. 
• Our Prarthana always happens in group.
• 1+1 is not 2 but 11 
• (a+b)² = a²  + b² + 2ab 
• Gayatri Mantra is very power because of this nature. 
• परमवैभव is possible only with सामूहिक अनुशासन . 
• Simple Shakha is designed just to have सामूहिक अनुशासन
• Psycho Social Theraphy - People may not be fully aware of the relationship between their mental and emotional wellbeing and the surrounding social environment. Psychosocial adaptation is a process a person experiences in order to achieve good fitness in person-environment congruence known as adjustment, a state of wisdom oriented activities and psychosocial equilibrium. Psychosocial support is the provision of psychological and social resources to a person by a supporter intended for the benefit of the receiver's ability to cope with problems faced. 
• Kerala Principal was a communist person, his son was a Psychiatric patient. There was a psychology conference happening. Principle took him to a specialists. Dr recommended him for a Psycho Social Theraphy.  He explain him how to do that.Principal was not getting any clue  from where to simulate such an environment. Then doctor suggested him to attend a Shakha. 
• Mukshya Shikshya gave him our prarthana to practice. He started practising that sitting in a cornor with full focus. Then tranformation happened. 
• Invisible changes happens through Shakha. 
• Orthodox Hindu join attended a Varg. He started cooking in the first day. But he observed how all other are eating together with Mantra. Second day he started joining them from his side. 
• Because of this सामूहिक अनुशासन Sanskrit Bharathi is a great success. It has produced a lot of Sanskrit scholar. Though our KK does not know much Sanskrit. 
• Two main piller of any better human being are : Self reliazation(retrospection) and सामूहिक अनुशासन 
• Every KK has a sense of ownership that He himself is RSS. RSS does not exist beyond our SS. 
• There are no Bramhin SS, Odia SS, Telugu SS, South or North SS. They are SS. May be they are Odia spoken SS but there is no further permenent division between SS. 
• SS can be divided into Shikshit SS, KK, Pratigyita SS. 
• "राम विग्रहवान धर्म " - Ram is the personification of Dharma. 
• Justice for all and apeasement for none - Secularism. 
• स्वधर्मे निधनं श्रेयः ...
• दया is the root of धर्म 
• “Dhriti Kshama Damosteyam Shouchamindriya Nigrahah. Dheer Vidya Satyamakrodho Dashakam Dharma Lakshanam”   ( prescribing 10 essential rules for the observance of Dharma: Dhriti (Bravery), Kshama (Forgiveness), Dama (Self-Control), Asteya (Non-Stealing), Saucha (Cleanliness), Indriya nigraha (Sense Control), Dhee (Sense of reasoning), Vidya (Knowledge), Satya (Truthfulness) and Akrodha (Never to lose temper) ) 
• “Prithivinam Dharman Dhritam” meaning-“World is upheld by Dharma.” 
• हराम  में भी राम है 
• खाना  is nature. खिलाना is संस्कार 
• ब्यक्ति धर्म , परिवार धर्म (पिता धर्म, पुत्र धर्म , पति धर्म  .... ) , समाज धर्म , राष्ट्र धर्म  (समष्टि  takes highest precedence always).
• RSS is designed such a way that .
• RSS is like a Gurukul. Whatever a disciple learn from Gurukul, same things are learnt from RSS. 
• Shakha is like temple or any Tirthasthan. The learning we get from Temple or Tirthasthan, same things can be learnt from Shakha. 
• SS are not दर्शनीय , ss are अनुकरणीय 
• Home is not a beauty Parlour, Hotel, Meusium, Lodge. It should be like a Hindu mandir. 
• I have some to sangha but sangha should come through me.

• भारत माता की जय is not just a nara, rather it is part of संघ प्रार्थना sang by thousands of Swayamsevaks. 
• संघ प्रार्थना  is a ग्रंथ  for us. It says everything about Swayamsevaks, Karya Paddhati,  Sangha Goal and everything else about Sangha. 
• राम शक्तिशाली थे , रावण भी शक्तिशाली था | but still there was still big difference. राम का शक्ति लोगकल्याणकारी शक्ति था | राम शाक्तविक शक्ति का उपासक थे | शक्ति के लिए नहीं बल्कि शील के लिए दुनिया झुंके | 
• समुत्कर्ष (सम्बृद्धि ) निःश्रेयस (मुक्ति ) | जीवन का लक्ष्य ईश्वर प्राप्ति | 
• सिंह  का राज्याभिषेक नहीं होता | 
• How people behaves and deals with when Power, Money and Women comes, that is Character. 
• There are many good people in the society but they are not organized. Bad people are in group and they are prevalling in front. 
• Many people are there with bad nature but some of our value is added with them. They are changing towards good. 
• We can send our daughter in mid night with any SS that is the trust we have with a SS. 
• Good Sugar+ milk+ water = good coffee, same way society is good if everything  is good. 
• Personal character(ब्यक्तिगत  चरित्र ) makes the national characters(राष्ट्र चरित्र )
• When godess of character leaves all other god and godess leave. When wealth is lost, nothing is lost; when health is lost, something is lost; when character is lost, all is lost.
• From Sudhanshu Bhai (VHP): Sangha work is not just a work but it is a Sadhana. When we do sadhana we do not publicize but we do it with true spirit. Also Sadhana should be be done now not later. Hence we do Sangha karya as it's at most priority and sincerity. We do not postpone. (No bad me karenge...) 
• Aachara aau Vichara is important in SS. 
• SS : 3 things Pranam(everyday), pratigyan(one time) and prarthana(everyday)

Sangha Gita:

• Friendship blossoms through dialogue. It is also the dialogue which create enemies. Karyakarta who has this awareness, must be always watchful of his words.
• The spoken words must be pleasant. It must be based on facts. It must be such that it can change the viewpoint of even the detractors.
• Listening to your words which resemble the voice of Vedas,darkness embedded within me in the form of suspicion has been dispelled. (Go through scriptures so that the scriptures will come through you...)
• When the society gets well organized the good souls occupy center stage(Pandava) and evil spirits(Kaurava) are wiped out. Gods rejoice at this point in time.
• As the nation gets strongly united, its internal amity grows and its external threat weakens. And it also acquires greater strength.
• There is no other choice but to organize the society in order to uphold and preserve superior culture and humility propounded by Dharma.
• Sculptors although skilled if not united cannot make an artwork
• In this world a nation which is not united, can never earn its due respect even if it encompasses rich cultural heritage and absolute courage.
• Inspite of having historic men of valor who are popular for their noble character, the Nation lacking the organising ability cannot become strong.

• KK are like ganga:   A. Not stagnant but Flowing water through out the year.  B. Join with others and take them along  C. Clear by the Dhyeya (goal) to merge with Ocean.  D. Not taking unnecessary turns on the ways  E. Exhibit purity, clarity, Continuity, F. Though it is from Sky the highest point always down to earth. G. Any stream join Ganga and become ganga....
• चिरंजीवी  - Milan se milan, Balharathi, KV, Kutumb... Expansion is life and contraction is death.

• Today conflict is more common and then cooperation
• Easy to defeat but difficult to win the heart.
